Jake Norman
LEAD PASTOR
Jake grew up in the North Little Rock area and graduated from NLR West Campus in 1997. He graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, AR with his Bachelors degree in 2002. He and his wife Hailey have been married over 25 years and have 6 children and one grandson. There journey in ministry together started in Arkansas and then carried them to Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and a stop in Oregon along the way as well.
Mechelle Harris
OFFICE MANAGER
Mechelle retired after 29 years working in a variety of positions for the federal government. Her and her husband Michael have been married over 50 years and have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. They have been a part of our church family for over 10 years.
Hailey Norman
WORSHIP LEADER
Hailey grew up in Honduras, where her family served as missionaries for about 10 years. Her and her husband, Jake, have been married over 25 years and have six kids and one grandson. Their journey in ministry together started in Arkansas and carried them to Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and a stop in Oregon along the way. Fun fact...she is bi-lingual.

Sharon Bibbs
YOUTH LEADER
Sharon has been in Children and youth ministry for close to 20 years. She studied Children's Ministry and early Weekday education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth.
She has been married to her husband Mark since 1991 and they have 2 children, a daughter Brittney, a son Brettley, who has a wife and a daughter.
